A Florida marriage license, which is valid for 60 days, is required for all Naples weddings and can be obtained at any County Clerk's office in Florida. Both parties must be at least 18 years old and provide identification such as a passport or driver's license when applying for the license. Florida does not require blood tests and there is no waiting period for out-of-state visitors, however Florida residents must either undergo a four-hour counseling session or wait three days for the license to be processed.
Florida marriage licenses may be obtained at the Okaloosa County Clerk's office, 1250 N. Eglin Parkway, Suite B110 in Shalimar, or at the South Walton Annex, 25220 U.S. Highway 331 South in Santa Rosa Beach.
