While warmer activities are catching on, Keystone's bread and butter are the alpine activities that made the resort famous. Keystone Mountain offers skiers of all skill levels ample opportunity for testing their downhill mettle. The area's three inter-connected mountains offer over 1800 acres of skiable terrain. There are 117 trails and 22 lifts servicing runs for every ability. Keystone is also widely regarded as having some of the best night skiing in the country, with 17 trails open until 8:30 pm. If you like to include golf in your vacation plans, look no further than Keystone. Keystone Ranch Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., offers spectacular views that complement a difficult test of skill. Some of the holes were patterned after Scottish links courses, while others are wide open, utilizing water hazards and trees to snag errant shots. You can also try your luck on the River Course that follows the path of the Snake River and offers incredible views of the Continental Divide and the Gore Range. The course utilizes mountainous terrain, elevation changes, and strategically placed water hazards to test your shot-making prowess. Five sets of tees accommodate all skill levels.

Mountain biking enthusiasts can take a relaxing ride up the mountain on the Summit Express, and then enjoy a thrilling descent on one of the mountain's many trails.
