A Florida marriage license is required for weddings in Key West, Florida. The bride and groom need to appear in person at any County Clerk's office, provide photo identification and pay a fee of $93.50 (or $61 for Florida residents who provide proof of completing a pre-marital counseling class.) Both parties must be at least 18 years of age to marry without parental consent. If either party is divorced, bring a copy of the final divorce decree. No blood tests are required. There is no waiting period for out-of-state visitors, but Florida residents must complete a pre-marital counseling session or wait three days to be married. A Florida marriage license is valid for 60 days, and Key West wedding ceremonies can be performed by clergy, Florida notaries, judiciary, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and Deputy Clerks.
