Aspen Music Festival

The Aspen Music Festival fills each summer with opera, chamber music, kid stuff, lectures, and other music-themed events. Many travelers make this the centerpiece to their June, July or August visit, while others take in a performance here or there. Tickets can be purchased for goings on in the Benedict Music Tent, but casual listeners can simply spread a blanket on the grass and take it all in from afar without paying a dime.
