No Smoking allowed in house or pool area. Smoking outside only. Residential neighborhood. Strict noise ordinance enforced. Maximum occupants/parked cars monitored and enforced. It approximately a 45 minute drive to Cottonwood Canyon (Alta, Brighton, Solitude & Snowbird). Sometimes discount lift tickets are available. Please inquire.
