The master bedroom has queen bed and daybed with trundle. There is a 27 inch TV, DVD Player and desk. Master Bath is very nice with big tile floors, new whirlpool jetted tub and separate over sized bench shower. Bedroom #2 has double bed with chair that can be pulled out for twin bed and small TV. Bedroom #3 has twin bunk beds and 20 inch TV and VCR.
Come and relax and feed the beautiful deer or go boating. Boats can be rented near by. There are boat ramps near by. The waterfront parks have picnic tables and kids playgrounds. After a full day of swimming, boating, tennis, and golf; you can return home and wind down by watching the magnificent Texas sunsets over the hill country and lake.
You can also go eat at nice waterfront restaurant - Shades floating restaurant a 15 minute drive. Other dining within 5 to 10 minutes away. Dee Dee Tacos is great for breakfast tacos. We have a new donut shop. The Movie Gallery is great for renting movies. Mall Shopping is 20 minutes away. You can visit Austin for everything your heart desires - 25 minute drive. National Parks nearby for hiking etc. Also Antique shopping close by in Fredricksburg and Burnett.
