This house is easy access to Clemson or Seneca. Convienient to Friendship and Conoross boat docks. Is nicely updated. Hot tub is great. The breaker would cut off if it got wet but, let it dry...

This house is very nice but if you are looking to be lakefront, choose another home. The dock is high and dry about 20 feet from the water. Then, what little water is available, is only 3 feet...Didn't find what you're looking for?
