This newly built 5 bedroom beach house has all the amenities you are looking for. Located in Bermuda Bay in Oceanside Village, it is the perfect spot for all your vacation attractions. This beautiful home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, spacious rooms, TVs in all bedrooms, two car garage, provided golf cart to access all the on-site activities and beach without leaving the complex. Also this home can be split into 3 bedrooms, or 2 bedrooms with a lockout door for privacy and your convenience. The downstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and a queen-size sofa-bed and 1 bath with a full kitchen and the upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and a full-size futon and 3.5 baths with a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and spacious porch. You will enjoy strolling through this private gated community in a provided golf cart with beautiful fishing lakes and an indoor/outdoor pool and access to Private Beach Parking.
