The den/dining area has a stereo and CD player, and allows access to the enclosed back yard by way of a slider. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and all have dressers and closets. (You'll provide your own linens please.) Open the windows slightly at night and turn on the attic fan and you'll sleep like a baby with the warm, beach air flowing through the house. Outside you'll enjoy an enclosed rear yard with a gas grill for cooking and a patio that is perfect for dining and socializing. Don't ever bother showering in either of the two indoor bathrooms. The outside shower and changing area is spectacular and refreshing, especially first thing in the morning or at sunset. The yard is perfect for a game of bocci or croquet, or for sunbathing.
Guest Book: ) The water level is normally quite low so this is a great area for kids to play in the water. Be careful because the water can move quite rapidly during the tide changes. You'll find the safe areas with a little exploration with the family. In the area, there are plenty of great places to visit and to eat. We suggest picking up fliers at local establishments for ideas. For the adults, there are world class Casinos (Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun), with 5-Star restaurants and entertainment just minutes away. Nearby attractions include over 20 public golf courses within 5-30 min. drive, the Mystic Seaport and Aquarium and the towns of Newport, Watch Hill and Pt. Judith. Be sure to explore.
