Outside hot enclosed private shower. 2 Sliders to wrap-around deck for calming ocean breezes. Outdoor patio set on deck. Parking for 6 cars. Weber Gas Grill. 2 Cable Televisions. 1 DVD player. 3 Bedrooms have room air conditioners, downstairs bedroom has ceiling fan. Fully applianced. Refrigerator with ice maker, oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Linens (sheets, blankets, quilts and bath towels) included. Great family home. Neighborhood playground/tennis/basketball court on next street. Must leave in clean condition.
