One window a/c unit installed in Master Bedroom. Window fans for all other bedrooms. Two 2nd floor Queen bedrooms are on west side of house with prevalent westerly breeze.
Summer rentals require a $300 refundable damage/security deposit. Weeks from Saturday 3 pm to following Saturday @11am.(10 am departure if cleaning option taken)
Reservation Info: A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit required at reservation. The final 50% plus the refundable security deposit is due one month before vacation. Security deposit is refunded promptly provided house is left clean and without damage.
Renters must self clean at departure. Optional cleaning service available. Please inquire. - Reservations made within 45 days of stay require payment in full.

Further details for this vacation house rental in Scarborough Beach, Rhode Island
Three spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full bath. A fourth small bedroom on the first floor located off the kitchen has a double bed, night stand and clothes storage cabinet. The one car garage, while not available to renters for their vehicles will provide storage for your beach equipment, bikes or kayak. Our beach cart is available for renters to load up beach gear so you can easily walk. House sits on 1/4 acre so there is room for the children to play. Off-street parking for four cars. Tennis courts, basketball court and playground one block away. Be sure to check out all our photos!
Homeowner managed.: This house is managed and rented by the homeowner, not a rental agency. All communication is direct with the homeowner. Each spring the house is scrubbed. All furniture is moved all curtains and bedding are aired or laundered as appropriate. We check on the house between renters each Saturday for the benefit of the guest leaving and the one arriving. Yes, we really drive up every Saturday. You will notice the 'personal touches' throughout the entire home. Our home is not appropriate for large gatherings such as family reunions, hosting celebration events or groups of singles and our rental agreement prohibits such use.
International & Long Distance Renter Info.: This is a self housekeeping cottage. Most of our renters are local and bring their own linens and towels. We can provide these amenities for international and long distance renters. You will make up your own beds on arrival and remove linens at departure. There is a fee to launder linens. Self cleaning house at departure is required OR we can hire a cleaning service for you. Please inquire. Payment: Payment by bank check in US$ OR for ease of currency conversion, International renters can pay with credit card using PayPal. There is a service fee of 4% to cover the fees PayPal charges us. We will refund the security deposit by PayPal after departure, provided the house is clean with no damage.
Guest Book: My family enjoyed a wonderful week at this house. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location was very convenient, and we walked to the beach every day. We loved the outdoor shower! The owners were very helpful and accommodating, and returned the security deposit promptly. We would love to go back! E. Born, Newton, NJ We love the house.
