NOW RENTING: URI '09-'10 ACADEMIC YEAR!! New contemporary raised ranch with cathedral ceiling and skylight in Pettaquamscutt Lake Shores. House is located in a family neighborhood, walking distance to small private community beach, minutes to ocean beaches and 10 minutes from Newport. The house has an open floor plan for kitchen and common room and comes fully furnished with all amenities. There are 5 bedrooms with queen size beds with all bedding provided. In addition, there are 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen on the upper level, ceiling fans in all rooms and a washer/dryer on the lower level. Also on lower level is slider to new expanded deck with gas grill and umbrella table and chairs. Come, relax and unwind in this welcoming home in an ideal summer location! Beach passes.
