This home offers a contemporary open architecture. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and opens to the dining room. The attached deck offers outdoor dining during the summer. Kitchen and dining areas have cathedral ceilings with plenty of light. This area overlooks the spacious living room with entertainment center on the lower level. The lower level also contains the laundry area complete with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Plenty of storage in this home and close to neighborhood amenities (markets, beaches, bike shop) and just 15 minutes from Jamestown/Newport. Fully furnished, just bring your linens and towels. Ideal for families on a summer vacation. Air conditioning is a real plus during the hot summer months.
