Located in the Poconos Mountains: Our four season getaway home consists of: 2 bedrooms, 3 full size beds (1 futon), Fully equipped eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open floor plan, fireplace, 32 inch color TV with DVD, VCR, surround sound stereo, cable TV, phone. Very secluded property. cant see a house next to you in the summer. Our Amenities include 0-2 miles to:· Ski Big Bear with 14 ski trails (3 Diamonds), Olympic size pool with water slide, sandy private beach front off of 250 acre lake. Bring your boat, water and jet skiing. Free non motor boats (paddle or canoe) available. Waterfront lodge cafe and bar, 'Beach Cafe', fitness center, picnic areas with grills, ATV vehicles permitted. Walk to the Delaware River with boat access, white-water rafting, fishing, playgrounds, volley ball, 2 tennis courts and racket ball, basketball court, boccie ball, etc

Nearest beach:   beach at 2.5 Miles
Car: not necessary

Our house is situated to get to all amenities easily. You can walk 5 min to the Delaware river from our house, boating, fishing, swimming and to horseback riding. The lodge is about 1.5 miles where we have our Ski Big Bear 5 Diamond ski resort, new club house and restaurants and bar with plasma tv, kids playground, tennis courts, basketball and bocci court, volley ball and Olympic size pool, snack bars, convenient store, ATM machines, administration offices. The 250 private acre sandy Beach is approx 2 miles in another direction. there is a full waterfront cafe snack bar, if you drive about 5 minutes there is a restaurant and rental for tub and white water rafting, about 20 minutes is the supermarket, post office, historical bridge and scenic outlooks. All amenities, Exact directions and location are available upon request
