Lincoln City, Oregon:
Ebb and Flow is located on Siletz Bay where ocean and river mingle creating a dynamic and diverse, environment. Twice each day, Siletz Bay’s estuary is the stage for a slow, stately drama influenced by the moon, the sun, the wind, and the rain. Flowing channels, branching and winding across the broad sand flats, are filled with incoming ocean waters. As the bay fills, the rising tide spreads slowly across the Siletz Bay. The ever-deepening waters lift the eel grass, fill the countless burrows, and creep into tiny channels that penetrate the salt marshes. Finally, the waters surge upstream to the edge of the forest and gently lift trailing branches of rhododendron and cedar. The Siletz Bay estuary is full.
For a moment, the drama pauses. Then as the earth turns, the ocean's push becomes a pull, and the waters of the Siletz Bay estuary recede. Before long, logs at the edge of the salt marsh are grounded on the sand, the eel grass lies limp and flat, and tiny creatures are stranded.

Golf:
Lincoln City's location provides the perfect Mecca for golfers. These courses are interesting, requiring strategy as well as skill, they will give the average player a fair chance and at the same time require the utmost from the expert who tries for sub-par rounds. Lincoln City's courses have preserved the natural beauty of the land and the coast is particularly fortunate in regard to the climate for golfers.
The two '18 hole' courses in town compliment each other well. Lakeside ( 5000 yard course) is off Highway 101 on the north end of town. Salishan, on Highway 101 at the south end of town, exemplifies golf's 'two games in one' – one to reach the green and the other to figure the ever-challenging contours after reaching them. Three additional '9 hole' courses are within a half hour drive; Neskowin and Hawk Creek to the north and Agate Beach to the south in Newport

“How nice it was to get away and relax! The hot tub was the best we’ve ever used. The king bed was so comfortable – never wanted to get out! We watched movies, read, played games, cooked good food and hot-tubed. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Thank you! Scott & Peggy Collin
We truly enjoyed your lovely home – thank you! The view and privacy can’t be beat! And the house was fully furnished with everything we could possible want or need. The interior was beautiful. My favorite was the nice bedding – not normal in a rental home!”

What a beautiful bay! Our first night was a stormy one and we awoke to a beautiful sunny day! I love the deck and beach grass and all the driftwood. The views are incredible from every room. The tide is high now and I'm watching a group of men rigging sails.
