A gourmet kitchen is professionally equipped with every imaginable kitchen accoutrement along with a generously stocked pantry. Appliances include a Starbucks espresso machine, coffee maker, cuisinart, blender, industrial strength mixer, and Henckel cutlery. Viking professional grade gas stove, grill. SubZero side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser. Five gallon filtered spring water dispenser. Distinctive table settings. Dining/conference table seats eight. There is a high end entertainment center in the living room with surround sound, DVD and CD player, flat panel TV, stereo, large CD and DVD collection, game console and collection of video games. The house is equipped for business as well, with fax/copier, printer, voice/data lines in most rooms, and wireless high speed Internet. Desk and office accouterments accommodate work away from home.
This house has a very unique feature that has to be seen to be believed, which is a finished crawlspace called 'Below Decks'. It is fully furnished with oriental carpeting, marine engine lights imported from Italy, cushions, flat panel satellite TV, video and other games. A 'three dog' ships hatch provides access to a storage room. Below decks is a perfect place for kids, teens and young at heart adults to get away from the group and read, watch TV, DVDs, play games. Suitable for sleeping several kids in sleeping bags or made up beds on cushions. Black granite countertops, hardwood floors and carpeted areas, as well as clear fir doors and woodwork. Custom touches and incredible attention to detail throughout. Gas fireplace in living room and in master bedroom. Extensive library. Secluded yard with teak deck furniture and large stainless steel gas BBQ. Hot tub available next door at watavue if that house is not rented or if two houses are rented together.
