Setting: This Luxury home sits on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean and Bay, watch fishing boats and freight boats from almost every room in the house or on our wrap around deck. Located in one of this areas sought after neighborhoods we maintain lots of privacy. Sunsets are absolutely beautiful, you can even enjoy them from our private hot tub. Don't forget to look for the old ship wrecked 'Carrisa' or Light house that can be seen from almost everywhere in the house
Location: We are centrally located to this areas finest activities and entertainment as well as local services. - 25 minutes from Bandon Dunes Golf course - 4 miles from recreational Sand Dunes - 3 miles from the Mill Casino - 2 miles from the North Bend airport - 13 miles from Ten Mile Lake ( great fishing ) - 7 miles from Charleston fishing community - 3 miles from the Pony village shopping mall - Only minutes from great Salmon fishihng or Deep sea fishing charters.
Golf: We have several Golf courses in our area, including the world class Bandon Dunes golf course.
