Located on a quiet street and nestled behind large pin oaks for added privacy, this home has thoughtfully provided your own private swimming pool. Relax in the HOT TUB after a day of fun at the beach or in those closing hours of the day while the sun sets. Spacious home w/2 master bedrooms and each bedroom accesses a deck. It's just a short walk (1.5 blocks) to a direct beach access. Other features include: Central air & heat, telephone, microwave, 5 color TV's (one is a new HD TV), 2 VCRs, 3 DVD players, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stereo w/ CD player, ceiling fans, sun room, picnic table, decks with furniture, outside shower, fish cleaning table. Also for your enjoyment there is a charcoal grill, beach chairs, porch swing, crib, and highchair have been included. (3 queens, 2 twins). Pool available from May 6 to October 7. NON SMOKING. NO PETS.
