This cottage features central air and heat, 3 color TVs w/ cable (extra TV in master bedroom), VCR, DVD player, stereo w/CD player, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, washer/dryer, telephone, answering machine, skylights, and ceiling fans. For your added enjoyment this home offers a roof top deck (crows nest) with views galore, a screened porch with rockers & deck furniture, a charcoal grill, a picnic table, and an outside shower with dressing area.
