There is a fireplace in the living area for cozy spring and fall nights. For your enjoyment there is a swimming pool, deck and a walkway to the beach. Luxury living with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large Jacuzzi in the master suite. All units have Cen A/H, DW, MW, W/D, FP, and Telephone.

Amenities Include: 3 CATVs (1-56 inch), DVD, Surround Sound System, 3VCRs w/remote control Stereo w/CD/Cass, 2 Cordless Telephone w/Ans. Mach. CFs in LR, DR & all BRs, Ceramic tile in all baths & kitchen. Jumbo George Forman Electric Grill, Only Electric Grilling is permitted in the complex! (No Open Flame- i.e. Charcoal or Gas). Condominium: Interior unit, all one Level.

Turnday: Saturday.
