Cottage, 2 BR, 1 1/2 B. Q * 2 dybd. Open upstairs MBR with Q and half bath. Window A/C unit, gas fireplace (heats entire cottage), dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 3 color cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD player, telephone. Shabby chic decor. Water view from covered porch with rockers, table and chairs, hammock and gas grill.

Located in historic Swansboro just around the corner from the downtown waterfront. After a day of shopping, antiquing, charter fishing, or kayaking around the beautiful salt marsh, you can walk to one of the areas delightful restaurants or dine alfresco style in the garden under the shade of an old pecan tree. Small dogs allowed with $150 fee per pet (2 maximum, no cats).

Fenced backyard. Available year round. NO SMOKING! 204 Water Street.

Turnday: Sunday.
