Rental Rates for this vacation cabin rental in Stanfordville, New York
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $225/Night and $1400/week (plus prevailing taxes)

Weekly rate: $1400 + prevailing taxes. Week begins at 3 pm on Friday and ends at NOON on the following Friday. Weekly bookings only during June, July, August.
Daily rate: $225 + prevailing taxes (2 night min. - 3 night min. on Holiday weekends)
Advance bookings for weekends are not accepted during June, July, and August. Weekend bookings for those months are only accepted on a last minute basis if we do not have a full week booked.
50% deposit to secure reservation. Payment in full due 1 month in advance. Security deposit of $600 for weekly rentals and $300 for weekend rentals is also required.
$50 handling fee for any cancellations.
Full refund (less $50) for cancellations up to 28 days prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations 14-28 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Amenities: Total Privacy, All linens and bedding, All kitchen appliances and utensils, Fireplace with wood, Charcoal, Gas Grill, Rowboat, Inflatable boats & compressor, Satellite TV, VHS, DVD, CD, Discs & Tapes, Many board games, Puzzles. Area: Our 85 acres of land consists of forests, fields, streams, hills, and water. It has been described by professional foresters as being 'high quality' in terms of natural habitat.
Our guests have spent many hours exploring this wonderland!
Our guests enjoy the lake in a variety of ways - fishing, swimming, or lounging in the infaltable boats.
