Very roomy, well maintained family home on beautiful flower filled court. Fenced-in yard ideal for children. Three blocks to the beach; walk to town, lake and park. Bedrooms are extra large as is all living space. Take your morning coffee on the sunny back porch. After your day at the beach you can barbecue in the back garden and then enjoy the sunset from the front porch. Basement has ping pong table for the more active! This home is ideal for an extended family. There are two large bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the main level with one of the bathrooms which has a tub and separate shower. Well equipped modern kitchen. Outdoor shower, central air conditioning. Cable TV ,two DVD players, six televisions and internet access. Washer and dryer. Games and books included. Cleaning service is available. Lawn service included.
