The town of Water Valley backs up to a Holly National Forest, where you will find some of the best fishing, fly fishing, hunting and hiking. This is a get away from it all place, with the convenience of Oxford, MS nearby. Oxford county line is only five miles out, with the best restaurants and great shopping. Lots of antiques, book stores etc... This area was rated in the top ten of the most desirable places to live in the U.S. by Southern Living Magazine. This home is a true gem and a treat you will never forget! The home has a huge wrap around porch, for reading, rocking and enjoying dinner on those summer nights. This is where you will see the true Southern Hospitality in the people of Water Valley.
