- 1600/wk peak season. Nightly/wkly reduced rates after Labor Day. Monthly rates Oct.-May.
- Peak season (Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend): $1,600/week. One week minimum stay during peak season. Reduced off-season and off-season extended-stay rates are available. A signed Rental Agreement along with a 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance (plus 6% use tax) is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A $500 security deposit/hold/authorization-only is placed on credit card upon check-in. No charge is placed as long as home is left in proper order. Check-in after 4:00pm; check-out by 11:00am (may be negotiable in the off-season).
