This family friendly lakefront home is on Lake Charlevoix's south arm, just minutes away from downtown Charlevoix, and all its wonderful activities! Set in a quite and Private subdivision, with over 150 feet of sandy beech, you can enjoy all the wonders of the lake!The home includes 2 bedrooms, and a pull out couch. Each bedroom provides 2 double beds with linens, and large closets. The open floor plan lets the whole family enjoy the view, with its large windows and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the family room.

Located just south of the Ironton ferry, on Lake Charlevoix's South Arm, you are just 7 miles away from downtown Charlevoix, and East Jordan. With your very own sandy beach, you can enjoy all the wonders of the lake, including swimming, boating, hiking, beach volley ball, horse shoes, and much much more!
