Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Burt Lake, Michigan
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We require 1/2 of the rental fee as a non-refundable down payment upon reservation, with the balance charged 14 days prior to first date of the reservation. There is a $150.00 cleaning fee, 6% tax, $200 safety deposit refunded after cleaning crew determines there has been no damage to the property.
