Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Bear Lake, Michigan
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Weekly rentals; Check in Saturday at 4 p.m., Check out Saturday at 11 a.m.
A refundable deposit (as long as no damages or repairs are needed after stay) of $500.00 must be received upon rental agreement receipt and will be refundable 30 days after departure. Deposit due within 7 days of making reservations in order to hold reservations. Once deposit received you will receive info pack by email or direct mail. Please include a non refundable cleaning fee of $150.00
Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival for full refund. If cancel within 60 days, you will only receive a refund if we are able to rebook.
Balance: Due no later than 10 days prior to first rental date. If wish to pay balance with a personal check, you will need to mail to us with in 10 days before checking in otherwise come prepared to pay cash, bank check or traveler checks. -

- All the comforts of home in this fully furnished 4 Bedroom, Loft with two queen beds and a full sleeper, 3 bathroom, walkout basement with a lake view from the upper and lower decks. The living area has 3 sofas with a entire wall of slider glass doors which is great for viewing the outdoors from the comforts of the inside. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Two twin pull out sleepers in the basement. Queen blow up mattress available. Baby crib available.
