Visit Up North Properties, Inc. acts as the rental agent for this cottage home that is independently owned. Mail may be sent in care of the property manager, Harris Properties, Inc. 6445 Western Ave., Glen Arbor, MI 49636 and may be picked up at the office during office hours.
Cancellation Policy: There will be a charge of $100.00 for all reservations cancelled. All summer-season cancellations after March 1st are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount unless the property is re-rented at the full rental rate; a refund will then be made less the cancellation charge of $100. Once the final payment is made two weeks prior to arrival the stay can not be cancelled and the total rental rate for the week will be forfeited.

Your unit will be clean prior to arrival and we will clean upon departure. Linens and towels are not supplied unless otherwise specified. If you would like to have linens and towels provided you may rent them at an additional fee. Should there be any housekeeping issues with your home or cottage please call the office immediately, not at the end of your stay, so we can remedy the situation (no discounts will be given).
Taxes and Processing Fee: Taxes and processing fee are NOT quoted in nightly rates.
Summer season June 1 through Labor Day $1,200/week, Sat.-Sat.
