Dwelling on 10 beautifully wooded acres, swimming, small dock, fishing, 550 ft. of private shoreline, quiet lazy days and starry nights. 20 minutes to Worcester, 45 minutes to Boston & Providence, 20 minutes to Old Sturbridge Village & Blackstone Valley National Heritage Corridor. On Lake Manchaug. Boat - 16 ft aluminum available along with 2 kayaks. Blackstone National Golf Course 5 min.( Resse Jones Design). Brimfield Flea Market 30 min. away.

Horseback riding, beaches, hiking and biking in the Douglas State Forest - next door. We are in southern Worcester county bordering Ct. and RI. Great location as it is near Rt146, RT. 395, RT. 290, and 10min. to the Mass. Pike. We are located on Lake Manchaug in Douglas. The lake is approx. 5 miles around.
