Lovely Brant Point home of 4 bedrooms, 3 baths (2 new in '03.) Wrap-around porch - 1st floor, large deck 2nd floor, plus roof-walk with nice water views. Spacious living/dining rooms with new kitchen (2003)and dry bar adjacent and roomy deck. Beautifully furnished, Nantucket-style, with lots of local artwork. Walk to beaches, shopping & dining in less than 10 minutes. Nice, quiet neighborhood, great for kids & adults. Off-street parking provided. New wide screen HDtv plus 2 additional color TVs.
