Description of the Madaket vacation cottage rental

Charming home across from Hither Creek. Close to Madaket beaches, bike path, bus line and 5 miles from downtown Nantucket. The house features refinished floors and beautiful paneling in the main living areas. Renovated in 2003 with new lighting, freshly painted bedrooms, closets and cupboards in addition to new tile counters, floor and all new appliances in the kitchen. Two bedrooms each with new queen beds, one bedroom with two new bunk beds. The house is completely outfitted with all-new china, flatware, linens and towels. Includes a secluded back yard with picnic table, grill and enclosed shower. The front porch is perfect for viewing Madaket sunsets and the covered breezeway is a perfect spot for relaxing. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided. New this year--free WiFi broadband cable internet access, free premium cable TV package (includes HBO), unlimited free long distance and local telephone calls for USA, Canada and PR. iPod docking stereo too.

Madaket is a quiet area west of Main Street Nantucket. It is an area renowned for beautiful sunsets and a variety of beaches, from Madaket beach which is staffed with lifeguards and can have big surf perfect for body surfing and boogie boards to Madaket Harbor Beach which is very warm, calm and shallow.
