Description of the Brant Point vacation cottage rental
This charming two story classic Nantucket rose covered cottage is located in Brant Point, just a five minute walk to the center of town and to the beach -- there is no need for a car, though there is a private off-street driveway area. This traditional Nantucket cottage has been completely refurbished with new furnishings and decorations, new luxury Italian sheets and bedding, new towels, dishes and glassware. The flowers and hydrangeas are in full bloom, so enjoy the backyard and new teak backyard table and chairs with a barbecue. This two-bedroom, one bath, two story home comfortably sleeps 4. The bathroom is new with shower and tile floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a living room with a 32' flat screen TV/DVD and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Both bedrooms have new 23' TV/DVDs. The laundry room contains a new washer/dryer. We have secured DSL wireless internet throughout.

Located in Brant Point, our cottage is just a 5 minute walk to Nantucket Town and the historic area, including all shops and restaurants. Also just a 10 minute walk from the ferries arriving to and departing from Nantucket. We are also a 5 minute walk to Children's Beach, Jetties Beach and the Brant Point Lighthouse and beach area. Bicycle, Scooter and Jeep rentals are just 3 blocks away. East Lincoln Avenue is a quiet residential street.
