This lovely, comfortable, three bedroom, two bath home is located on a private 3 acre wooded lot close to Long Point Beach, Alley's store and central West Tisbury with easy access to Tisbury Great Pond. Put your kayak, canoe or small boat in at the Sepiessa ramp and sail out to the beautiful, exclusive beach on the South shore known as 'The Cut' next to Quansoo beach. Walk the quiet trails of the Sepiessa reservation out to the beach on the Great Pond at Sepiessa Point. Also beach pass for Lamberts Cove Beach. The ground floor of the house has an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8 - 10, a comfortable living room and a music room with a well maintained Mason and Hamlin baby grand piano, stereo, radio and CD player. Upstairs are the master bedroom with a king bed and seating area with cable TV, VCR and DVD player, plus two additional bedrooms with queen beds. Outside find an outdoor shower and a patio with picnic table and gas grill.

Residence in West Tisbury gives you access to one of the islands most beautiful and popular beaches - Lamberts Cove. In addition, Long Point beach is close by. Within walking or biking distance of the house is beautiful Tisbury Great Pond and Sepiesse reservation which has a small beach for picnicking and swimming by the pond and many well maintained walking and biking trails. The Great Pond is perfect for small water craft - canoes, kayaks, small sail boats and motor boats. A small boat launched at the canoe or boat ramp at Sepiessa gives you access to one of the most beautiful and exclusive beaches on the south shore at 'The Cut' next to Quansoo beach where you can play in the surf or swim in the tranquil waters of the pond.
