This wonderful post and beam guest house has lovely furnishings with Queen bed, couch, satellite TV, kitchenette with table and chairs and spiral staircase to loft with double futon and twin. Enjoy outside shower! Located approx 1 mile from down town Edgartown on bike path and across the street from one of the island's most desirable farms 'Morning Glory' where you can get fresh produce, dairy, fresh baked goods, flowers etc. A 'Dreamers' Cozynest' you won't want to leave! Promise!!

This 'Dreamers' Cozynest' is located approximately one mile from the quaint whaling village of Edgartown with it's beautiful waterfront homes, shopping, restaurants, bookstore etc. We are located on the bike path and bus line for your convenience if you didn't want to bring a car. The beaches are within a short bike ride and golfing, fishing are within a few miles as well. Walk across the street to Morning Glory Farm for a real treat!! Visit, relax and enjoy this beautiful island!!

- This studio guesthouse has a lovely queen bed with lovely linens which shares living space with sofa, table and chairs, kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs is a loft with a double futon and twin bed. The space is small and ideal for a couple although I do have guests that return every year with 1 or 2 children. I have had many honeymoon guests.
