Great Location allows easy access to many things: We are easy walking and biking distance to stores, the harbor, restaurants etc. Also, we are very near to the transit bus stop. The bus's run into downtown Edgartown, and cover the entire Island, including beach stops, throughout the day and evening hours. The closest beach is approximately 5 to 10 minutes away. The cottage is ideal for a single, one or two couples, or a small family. Our in-town location, plus being located near a bus stop makes bringing a car optional. We also have bike rentals located near us.
Fall, and Spring on MV are magical: Summer is grand, but on the Island, everyone knows, that the spring and the fall are one of our best kept secrets.
A Delicious Winter Get Away : The Cottage is perfect for a cozy winter weekend on the Island. Take a walk into beautiful down-town Edgartown through crunchy leaves or a light new snow. Come for 'Christmas In Edgartown' weekend when shops are open and serving cider and goodies. Or, come just to relax with a good book before a warm fire. Winter on the Island is peaceful and inspiring A beautiful snow creates a Currier and Ives painting come to life.
