- Here is the most realistic answer I can give you. Here are the details. The second floor, street side bedroom has two twin beds. The middle room has two bunk beds. The master bed room has a queen sized double bed. The porch has a day bed. This does not include a couch in the entertainment room on the first floor. Some folks put an inflatable on the first floor beach side porch.

BR B Amenities: /B BR Stove, Refrigerator, Toaster, Microwave, Cookware, Silverware, Plates & Glasses, Cable TV and a DVD player. Located directly across the street from the cottage is a small plaza that has the following: a convenience store that has food items, beer & wine and an ATM; laundromat; small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a bar. The Street-side porch overlooks the Salt Marsh and has a table under a canvas canopy. A great place to read the morning paper with your first coffee. BR B Activities: /B BR Swimming & bodysurfing; sunbathing; playing on the beach; approximately 1 mile from children's amusement park, video arcades and go-karts (Joe's Playland); Hampton Beach within 5 miles; fresh seafood and a variety of restaurants; firework displays in the summer; movie theaters and outlet shopping nearby. No pets are allowed.
No smoking inside the cottage. No housekeeping or laundry service: Renters must bring sheets and towels and clean their rental unit prior to departure. Cottage is not winterized; no central heating or air-conditioning. Must be 21 years old to rent. BR B Area: /B BR The Beach is very clean, and swept every day by the staff of the Salisbury Beach State Reservation, using an motorized sweeper. At Low tide the beach is widened to several hundred yards. At High tide the beach is about a hundred yards wide.
