On hilltop overlooking beautiful private section of Wingaersheek Beach/ Ipswich Bay with partial views, enjoy swimming in some of the warmest waters on Cape Ann, sunning on some of the finest sand on the east coast, 5 minute walk downhill to beach, access to even closer private beach parking (if you don't feel like carrying your beach chairs up & down the hill!), patio ideal for BBQ, outside shower, sun porch, spacious dining room, 2 large bedrooms (1 with sitting area), 1 smaller bedroom with twin beds perfect for the kids, plentiful parking, cozy, guaranteed no snow June-September! (see photos)

Access to private side of sandy Wingaersheek Beach with rock shoals offshore for the amateur snorkeler, 15 minute drive to historic downtown Gloucester -- take in the famous 'Man at the Wheel' statue or the new 'Fishermen's Wives' statue on Gloucester harbor, dine in one of Gloucester's many fine seafood restaurants, stroll through Stage Fort Park & take a cannon's-eye-view of the surrounding landscape, shop in the eclectic Main Street stores, partake in one of our famous whale watches, walk the breakwater, check out the Fitz Hugh Lane House & the Cape Ann Historical Museum-- or visit nearby Rockport with its many specialty shops and view the famous 'Motif #1' on Bearskin Neck, nearby Essex offers rentals for the kayaking enthusiast to explore the Essex River & surrounding marshes
