Our newly renovated Victorian house is located on a pond in the beautiful coastal town of Cohasset MA. The house is spectacular with every possible amenity including state of the art kitchen with two large work islands and double appliances. The house boasts elegant charm with stained and leaded glass windows, antique furniture and large airy rooms. There's also a 50' curved veranda with lots of Victorian wicker seating to enjoy peaceful sunsets over the water. The house has a large media room with a 102' projection TV system; the media room has its own kitchen and large terrace overlooking the pond, making it perfect for entertaining. We are located in a private neighborhood, surrounded by trees and conservation land yet within walking distance of a major supermarket and shopping and a ten minute drive from spectacular beaches.
