Our home is smoke free with a full kitchen, and 30 Ft Deck overlooking the ocean, you will feel like you're right at home. No pets allowed. We also have a High Speed Ferry leaving from Hull to Long Wharf Boston in 20 MIn.     Cleaning Fee, Damaged and Missing Items: A Cleaning Fee of $150 will be applied only if the house is not left the way it was presented. All we ask is that you leave everything clean and in perfect condition. Towels and sheets do not need to be cleaned. Damaged and missing items upon check out will be charged to your credit card or will be deducted from the deposit that was given to us upon check in.

    We accept Visa, Master Card, Check & Money Order for charges. To reserve the dates, we require full amount paid in full for your rental week as well as your *signed contract. A $250 security deposit is required upon check in via major credit card visa, master card.
