Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse patio villa in the Mews Village directly overlooking the 13th hole of the Dunes Golf Course in lovely New Seabury. The spacious master bedroom on the main floor features a king-size bed with sliders to the private patio. The upstairs suite features a bedroom with twin beds and a full bath. The main living area features an open floor plan that includes a galley kitchen with breakfast bar, a den with pull-out sofa, a separate dining room, large living room with big screen television, and a full bath. Sliding doors from both the living and dining rooms step out onto a private patio with a new hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of golf or biking. Close to pool, beaches, ponds, golf, hiking and biking trails.

New Seabury is a 2000 acre resort community and is ideally situated to take advantage of countless recreational activities. Take a stroll along nearby South Cape Beach State park or wander through the wooded trails in Jehu Pond Conservation area. Bike along the water on the Cape Cod Canal or on the Shining Sea Bike Path in nearby Falmouth. Play golf on one of more than 20 scenic courses. Spend the day fishing, boating or bathing on one of Mashpee's 4 large freshwater ponds. While away a pleasant afternoon shopping at over 90 stores in Mashpee Commons. Then stop in at one of their restaurants, or go for ice cream and to the movies. Visit the Raw Bar at Popponesset Inn Marketplace - famous for their friendly atmosphere and giant lobster rolls. Hop a ferry to Martha's Vineyard for sightseeing. Then come home at the end of the day to this quiet, wooded spot to rest and relax.
