Only a 2 minute drive to Yarmouth beaches, including the famous and beautiful Seagull Beach. TVs are in every bedroom, living room and family room in this expansive ranch. Relax in the enclosed sun porch on the warm summer nights. Cook on the new grill in the back yard which abuts conservation land to give the privacy that you desire with the theme of Old Cape Cod. Gleaming new hardwoods throughout the house with new tile in kitchen and bath. The street that the house is situated on is quiet and peaceful. Within minutes, you are close by to all conveniences of Route 28th for grocery shopping, video stores, coffee shops and award winning restaurants. This house is very clean, spotless It is in one of the finest areas in Yarmouth. Safe for walking, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of room for parking.

- The family bonus room could serve as an additional space for additional guests. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twins. The bonus room serves as a third sleeping area with a futon. The fireplace living room has 2 sofas with plenty of room for entertaining quests. The bedrooms, family room and bonus room all have TVs for family enjoyment. There are also several DVD players in the home. The rooms are colorful decorated with nautical colors, lamps, etc. This home is one of the finest on CC. It is in an executive neighborhood which is safe for walking, playing, bike riding, animals and children. ENJOY!

The house is very spacious to allow children and elderly to easily move around the house in this one level expansive ranch which has 1500 square feet of living space. The lot is level and comfortable for movement and relaxation. The street area is peaceful and safe for children. The backyard is quiet and completely peaceful as it abuts several acres of Cape Cod Conservation land. Bird watchers will find the backyard fascinating.
