Just renovated first floor with open great room, new kitchen and all overlooking Pleasant Bay. There are two bedrooms (queen beds) and baths on the first level, deck, and screened in porch. Two sleeping areas on the second floor (queen & 2 twin) with a full bathroom in between them. This is the best bedroom in the house with sunrise water views and skylight. Private play yard with beautiful landscaping and outside shower on the back of the house. Relax and enjoy the waves and boating activities from the Adirondack chairs, the yard, deck or screened-in porch. Short distance to Town Landing for boat launch and pick up. Plenty of room to park your boat and trailer at the house. Two zoned central air conditioning to eliminate the humidity. New Interior photos. Friday to Friday rental
