New Seabury Golf Front with 180 degree view! This stunning 9 room contemporary 3000 square foot home has 3 bedroom suites, reading room, family room and game room with a wet bar, fireplace and TV. The tower room has fabulous views of the golf course and is perfect and quiet. The open main living areas offer a great room with glass sliders overlooking the course, combined with a very spacious dining area. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a wine refrigerator and top end appliances as well as supplies to meet all your cooking needs. The exterior blue stone patio allows you to relax in a peaceful, serene setting and sets up nicely for an afternoon drink or grill area. This is a fabulous house to enjoy with family, vacation with friends and other couples or to get ready for your wedding in New Seabury! South Cape Beach is one mile away with it's long coast line and conservation trails. Mashpee Commons offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and activities for all ages.

Enjoy the live family concerts and other children's activities at the Popponesset Marketplace Thursday through Sunday evenings in July and August. A short drive away at the Mashpee Commons you will find several supermarkets, coffee shops, specialty stores and all your favorite clothing stores. The Commons also boasts a movie theatre with multiple screens, great restaurants, a post office and bank.
