Golf, Tennis: The upper cape has tons of public golf courses, the owner of this home is a golf course superintendent(Falmouth Country Club) and can give you plenty of info on area courses. There are public tennis courts in Falmouth at the High School and rent by the hour courts in Mashpee.
Santuit Pond: The pond the home is located on is 88 acres, is great for all water activities, including swimming, fishing, skiing, canoeing, kayaking, jetskiing. The fishing is incredible! The pond has been featured on the Charlie Moore Mad Fisherman show. There are bass fisherman on the pond in the early morning, and other than that it usually pretty quiet. That's because the only public access to the pond is the town landing, and that doesn't have a beach. There are walking trails from the shore you can get to in our canoe or a boat you may bring. Or just mosy along the shore and enjoy the wildlife. Also. the sun rises in front of you over the pond in the summer, it's quite beautiful.
