Description of the Chatham vacation house rental
Relax at the comfortable Sea Garden, close to Pleasant Beach and nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Walk to Nantucket Sound a few blocks away or stroll to either Forest Beach or Red River Beach.
Well constructed home with hardwood floors is situated on level corner lot. Southern exposure and bow front window bring bright light into the living room and common areas.
Open floor plan on main level combines spacious living room with dining area and adjacent fully equipped kitchen.
Large L-shaped master bedroom with king has its own full bath and double marble vanity. Master BR opens onto sun room with slate floor and over-sized picture windows overlooking mature plantings and private backyard. At opposite end is second bedroom with queen. Second full bath located centrally on main floor. Basement has two additional finished rooms-- one with queen and the other with two twins. House was renovated in 2005 and furnished with Pottery Barn products and all new beds.

Located on the 'elbow' of the Cape, Chatham is convenient to all Cape Cod locations. Chatham Village has outstanding restaurants and upscale shops. Highlights include many pristine beaches, nature trails, whale watching, city fishing pier with daily catches, golf, biking, antiquing, did I mention eating?, Relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the water. House has small library of reading material-mysteries, thrillers and history.
Weekly free band concerts 'downtown' and summer stock theater. Delicious ice cream, old fashioned candy store, great playground for kids. Top dining at Pisces, Chatham Bars Inn, Impudent Oyster, Wayside Inn and the perennial Chatham Squire-with live music in adjoining pub.

Second bedroom located at far end of house from master bedroom with new queen sized bed. Lower level renovated also in 2005 with two additional bedrooms and cable TV and VCR. Outside shower.
