Description of the Chatham vacation house rental
Tucked away in North Chatham's finest neighborhood, this three bedroom Cape is loaded with charm and amenities for a perfect vacation. Chatham's famous downtown with its fine shopping, restaurants and Friday night band concerts, along with the fabled Chatham Bars Inn are just a bike ride away past the prettiest houses on the Cape.
This classic Cape offers a queen master bedroom with bath and walk-in closet, and two twin bedrooms, all sleeping 6. Also, there is a living room, lovely dining room, family room, and a screened porch that catches cool and shady southerly breezes. A brick patio is in back, and a large private lawn area is in front for outdoor play. Central air and high-speed Internet access are included. Catch up on some reading on your private 100' beach just a short walk away (shared with two other families) or launch your boat at the landing for a quick cruise across the water to one of the country's finest beaches for a picnic or some great surf casting.

Chatham offers the ultimate mix of a beautiful locale with so much to do. Book a day for saltwater fly fishing with a local captain, and eat your catch the same night. Bring a new read to the beach for the afternoon, and go out to a local playhouse for the best in summer theater in the evening. Go out for an after- theater dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in town or elsewhere on the Cape. There's an art festival on Cape Cod nearly every weekend, and we have one of the oldest existing drive-in movie theaters in the country. There are many family-friendly activities also, from pirate ship cruises to quality children's theater. Public tennis courts are a bike-ride away, as is great shopping. In essence, we've got it all for your perfect vacation.
