Description of the Brewster vacation house rental
This spacious house is a lovely, comfortable 3 bedroom ranch. The living room is large with very nice newer furnishings including color TV cable VCR/DVD and piano. Dining room off from the living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and two additional bedrooms one with a double, the other with 2 twins. Full bath. The kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances, dishes, pots & pans and many extras. Off from the kitchen is a large, new, beautiful sun room furnished with ceiling fan, table, chairs and double size Swedish futon. The room has a 6 ft glass slider that opens to a spacious deck. There is a good size level, grass yard, nicely landscaped with flowers and shrubs. Amenities include new washer/dryer, outside shower with hot/cold water, 8 new blankets/pillows, gas grill, picnic table and lawn furniture.

Also nearby are Cape Cod Baseball League games, Ferry trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Whale watching, Drive-in Theater, water park/ sports, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, tennis, and surfing.
