June and September Weeks Available-- Sleeps 8. Walk to Bay Beach. Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the summer. 1/10 mile to Point of Rocks beach. Central air conditioning. Great back yard for kids. This classic cape cod style home always sells out while there is still snow on the ground. Guests who have had the opportunity to stay here love the property and adore the priced. Perfect for six and comfortable for a party of eight, there is a queen Master bedroom on the first floor, a private den with queen sleep sofa and a full bath. The second floor bedrooms have a set of twin beds, another bedroom with a full bed and another full bath. There is also a fireplaced living room, sunny dining room, full kitchen and a terrific covered back porch for dining out or enjoying a good book on lazy afternoons. But best of all, it has central air conditioning.
