This is a Cape-style ranch house in East Brewster. Located on a cul-de-sac, north of Route 6A, it is within walking distance (4/10 mile) to Crosby Landing - a large expanse of Bayside beach, Nickerson State Park, and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. The house has a large deck with a BBQ gas grill and a picnic table. Flower gardens surround the house and line the edge of the woods. The house is available for viewing during the off season.
